In our first webinar we talked about User Experience and manufacturing, in particular about the impact of UX on productivity, especially in terms of reducing complexity, errors and greater efficiency.
We then studied the topic of how digitalization and new technologies (Virtual Assistant) can support daily work and in particular the new ways of working induced by Coronavirus: social distancing and smart working.
